Especially apply for softening of all kinds of cotton, linen, blending and knitted fabric. Impart fabric good softness and good rebound elasticity.
Apply for softening of all kinds of denim, washing cloth, woolen sweater, towels etc. which can imparts fabric soft, smooth, fluffy hand feeling.
◆ Property
1. Appearance: slight yellow flake
2. Component: fatty acid amide compound

4. Water soluble appearance: Milky white paste (10% solution)
5. PH value: 4.0- 5.0 (10% solution)
◆ Dissolution Method
1. Cold water dissolution: Firstly take the product by 5%-8% ratio into the 30℃ water, keep stirring 3-5 minutes to disperse, soaking 1-2 hours. And then stir slowly to uniformity for using.
2. Warm water dissolution: take the proportion of 5-8% by stirring in the water at room temperature, stirring for 3-5mins, and gradually heating to 50-60℃, keep stirring for 10-15mins until the emulsion was uniformly for using.
◆Use Craft
1. Padding method: 2-3G/L, temperature 30-40℃
Process：one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads
2. Dipping method: 0.3-0.8% (O.W.F), bath ration 1:10:15,
temperature 40-50degree, time 15-30mins
