◆ Can effectively remove the oil on fabric which is not alkali-resistant(such as silk, wool, tinsel fabric) under 70-80℃, no damage to fabrics.
◆ Excellent scouring and oil removing property in one bath for cotton and its blends under alkaline condition.

Application
DHK119H is soluble in water, can be used directly after dilution with water. Suitable for over flow dyeing machine, jigger dyeing, cheese dyeing and other dyeing or printing equipments.
1. Souring and dyeing one bath for polyester knitted fabric：
Dosage： 0.5-1.0g/L
Leveling agent： 0.7-1.0 g/L
HAC: 0.4-0.6ml/L
Disperse dyes: X
Ratio： 1:10
Temperature： 130℃
Time： 30-60min
2. Scouring and de-oiling process for cotton knitted and its blends：
Dosage： 0.5-2.0g/L
NaOH: 2.0g/L
H2O2(27.5%): 5.0g/L
Ratio： 1:10
Temperature： 95-98℃
Time： 40-60min
3. Low temperature de-oiling process for decorative cloth:
Dosage： 0.5-1.0g/L；
Temperature： 70-80℃
Time： 30-60min
Note: Detailed process should be adjusted according to preliminary tries.
Operating and safety instructions
1. Suggest weighing and diluting separately when preparing the solution.
2. Strongly recommend using soft water in dilution, if soft water is not available, the stability needs to be tested before making the solution.
3. After dilution, it should not be stored for a long time.
