DHK153 is cationic multi-polymer. It can form water-insoluble macromolecular with anionic dyes. It can improve wash fastness and rub fastness of fabrics when combined with fiber. Different from common formaldehyde-free fixing agent, this product is designed for all kinds of color such as red and black dyes and enjoys excellent fixing efficiency with very small dosage, especially for soak fastness in boiling water.

Application field
Used for dyeing and printing of reactive, direct, sulfur and acid dye.
Application process
◎ Very high fixing efficiency, can be used directly or after being diluted 1:6-7 by water.
◎ Immersion method: DHK153: 0.3-0.8% (o.w.f)
Liquor ratio: 1:10-1:20
pH value: 5.0-7.0
40-60℃, treat time: 20-30 minutes.
◎ Padding: DHK153: 3-8g/L
Note:
The dosage of DHK153 can be changed according to deep color or light color, higher dosage for deep color and less dosage for light color.
This product enjoys good wash fastness with just small dosage. If better soak fastness in boiling water is needed, please increase dosage a little.
Note: Generally, it can’t be used with anionic auxiliaries in one bath.
Kindly Reminder: for blue and green dyes, Formaldehyde-free blue and green fixing agent DHK159 is better.

Can be stored for 12 months under cool and well ventilated condition.
