Scouring Agent PRE-DHK125T

DHK125T is a special compound of surfactant, it has excellent wetting, emulsifying, and dispersing property. Can effectively remove the impurity on cotton, flax and their blends, thus improving the whiteness and hydrophilicity of the fabric.

--Excellent wetting, emulsifying, and dispersing property under alkaline condition. Can impart cotton fabric with good scouring effect, and can improve whiteness and hydrophilicity of the fabric.

--Outstanding alkali resistance, can keep stable under 180g/L NaOH, can be used in high concentrated alkali elevated tank process, such as cold-pad batch, continuous desizing and scouring process and alkali-hydrogen peroxide one bath pretreatment process.

--Has scouring and wetting property at the same time, which can give cotton, flax and their blends good scouring effect.

Application

   DHK125T is easily soluble in water, it can be used directly after dilution. It is suitable for the cold-pad batch, and other continuous dyeing and printing process.

1. Cold-pad batch:

DHK125T     10-20 g/L

2. Continuous scouring and steaming process:

DHK125T      7-12 g/L

3. Alkali hydrogen peroxide one bath process:

DHK125T      5-12 g/L

Note: H2O2、NaOH and other auxiliaries can be added according to requirement, and the specific process can be adjusted appropriately by the user.

Operating and safety instructions

1. Suggest weighing and diluting separately when preparing the solution.

2. Strongly recommend using soft water in dilution, if soft water is not available, the stability needs to be tested before making the solution.

3. After dilution, it should not be stored for a long time.
