DHK107C is an anionic/nonionic penetrating agent. It has excellent permeability under acidic, neutral and alkaline conditions, especially under the condition of strong alkaline. Suitable for cotton, linen woven fabric scouring process with high alkali, especially suitable for polyester fiber hydrophilic raising technology for leather base cloth.

Application
DHK107C is soluble in water, add water and mix uniformity before use. Can be used in the overflow machine, jigger, cheese dyeing, continuous processing equipment, sand washing machine and other dyeing or printing equipments. Especially suitable for polyester leather base cloth hydrophilic raisingprocess.
1. Cold pad-batch process for cotton：
Dosage： 1.0-5.0g/L
Scouring agent DHK120EA： 2.0-5.0g/L
NaOH： 40-70g/L
H2O2(100%)： 10-15 g/L
Hydrogen peroxide stabilizer： 3-6 g/L
Process flow: Padding (30-40°C)→Curing→Piled up for 16-24h→Steaming→Washing.
2. Continuous scouring and steaming process:
Dosage： 1.0-5.0g/L
Scouring agent DHK120EA： 1.0-3.0g/L
NaOH： 40-70g/L
Temperature: 50-60℃
Pick-up ratio: 100%
Steaming temperature： 98-102℃
Time： 40-60min
Process flow: Padding-Steaming-Stacking-Washing.
3. Continuous oxygen bleaching-steaming process for cotton:
Dosage： 1.0-2.0g/L
Scouring agent DHK120EA： 1.0-1.5g/L
H2O2(100%)： 3-5 g/L
Hydrogen peroxide stabilize: 1.5-3 g/L
pH： 10.5
Temperature: Ambient temperature
Pick-up ratio: 50-70%
Steaming temperature： 98-102℃
Time： 30-45min
Process flow: Padding-Steaming-Stacking-Washing.
4. Polyester leather base cloth hydrophilic raisingprocess:
Dosage： 1-3 g/L
Raising agent : 1-3 g/L

Curing: 220℃
Operating and safety instructions
1. Suggest weighing and diluting separately when preparing the solution.
2. Strongly recommend using soft water in dilution, if soft water is not available, the stability needs to be tested before making the solution.
3. After dilution, it should not be stored for a long time.
